Our French Roast is a blend of Central and South American beans. If you prefer your coffee dark but not bitter, this blend is a great option. The term ‘French Roast’ is used to describe the dark roast color of coffee. Technically any dark roasted coffee can be considered a French Roast, regardless of the beans used.
